Alexandre Pineau

I am in my fourth year at the University of Ottawa studying software engineering. I have a deep interest in all things related to software from UI design to studying algorithms. However, creating websites and exploring new web technologies are my favourite types of tasks.

Apart from socializing with friends, in my spare time I enjoy playing hockey, baseball or golf. I also enjoy music quite a bit, I like to play the drums, the guitar and the banjo.

• Learned the basics of ITIL and ITSM
• Presented real-time demonstrations of the BMC Helix ITSM solution to stakeholders
